Job Description

• Cleans kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.
• Assists in preparation and service of food. 
• Assists in cooking duties as may be assigned. 
• Assumes cleaning tasks such as cleaning tables, sweeping, mopping in the kitchen and cafeteria areas. 
• Cashier using Computerized Cash Register System. 
• Does related work as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the proper method of service foods. 
• Knowledge of modern kitchen and cooking appliances and equipment.
• Ability to follow instruction and direction.
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to adapt. 
• Training in food preparation, service and cash register knowledge or equivalent experience is helpful.
