Job Description

1. Cleans kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.
2. Assists in preparation and service of food.
3. Assists in cooking duties as may be assigned.
4. Assumes cleaning tasks such as cleaning tables, sweeping, mopping in the kitchen and cafeteria areas.
5. Cashier using Computerized Cash Register System.
6. Does related work as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications

1. Working knowledge of the proper method of service foods.
2. Knowledge of modern kitchen and cooking appliances and equipment.
3. Ability to follow instruction and direction.
4. Punctuality, dependability, and ability to adapt.
5. Training in food preparation, service and cash register knowledge or equivalent experience is helpful.
